Ratafia

Champagne Ratafia bottles 70cl.

Liqueur wine composed of grape must and alcohol.

To make our ratafia, we use the “mutage” method: we stop the first fermentation (the one that transforms the grape juice into wine) by adding champagne marc to the fresh grape juice. This method allows the aromas of the fresh grapes to be preserved.

Yellow in color with apricot and fawn reflections.

It is traditionally served as an aperitif. It will go perfectly with your cheeses, but also a melon with smoked ham.
